The Kurdistan National Congress (KNK) is a coalition of organisations from across Europe, formed by exiled Kurdish politicians, lawyers, and activists. With its head office in Brussels, the KNK has offices in many major cities and brings together representatives from across the Kurdish region to lobby national governments, the EU, the UN and other international organisations, raise awareness of the situation in Kurdistan through the media and in public forums, and working alongside politicians, human rights groups and NGO’s to bring attention to political issues and human rights violations in Kurdistan.
